Calamari Salad - Hm .... though it loks like eaten halfway, but this the the actual serving ....

 

The only buffet breakfast in Bali because we are lucky :)

 

Ayam Panggang Masak Pedas - Roast Chicken with Sambal

 

Soto Ayam - Chicken Soup with thin noodle

 

Sweet Sour Chicken, Fish in Banana Leaf (similoar to Otak-Otak Malaysia) and Gado-Gado (Vegetable salad served with Peanut Sauce)

Eclipse - A smooth combination of Bali Moon Pineapple and Melon Liqueurs, mixed wuth Blue Curacao and equal parts of orange and pineapple juice, served over ice.

 

Pluto's Punch - A classic punch made with Bali Moon Banana Liqueur, white rum, Triple Sec and lime cordial with lashings of guava and orange juice

 

A free mocktail we got after complaining about one of our meal wasn't up to what we expected.

 

Moonstruck - A bright refreshing blend of Bali Moon Coconut Liqueur, Vodka, and Blur Curacao, blended with soursoo juice and served frozen.

Nominated the best cocktail throughtout my Bali trip...

 

Cosmic Colada - A tropical combo of Bali Moon Coconut and Pineapple Liqueurs, white rum, lime cordial, pineapple and orange juice topped with coconut milk.

my favourite Bali Jegeg.

The word Jegeg means Beautiful. This drink is created by Made Palguna from Hotel Sunari in Lovina. I love this drink very much becuase of the unique taste and of course the "Pink Color".
